The Grand Residences Acquisition Gets Regional Press Coverage

When we added The Grand Residences in North Bethesda to our portfolio last month, we shared the news here. Since then, the deal has gotten picked up by two regional outlets worth noting.

Bisnow covered the transaction as part of their D.C. Deal Sheet, and The MoCo Show ran a dedicated piece on the sale. Both noted the scale of the deal and ORLO's plans for long-term ownership and affordability preservation at the property in partnership with Montgomery County's Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
